17th March 2016

A bi-monthly networking group based in Portsmouth, with fellow business women from all over Hampshire, currently meeting at Innovation Space and funded via Portsmouth University.  Always a good group of people, connecting and sharing and with tonight’s guest speakers, I knew we’d be in for a treat.

First up, with a no nonsense and go get it attitude,  Nikki Shepherd talked with regards to her history, facing adversity and her years of experience as a Business Developer, first with Pampered Chef, and now with a new company ENJO UK, “you cant keep a good entrepreneur down”. You go girl!

Next up is the fabulous Liz Warmsley.  “Where do you want to be in three years time?”   &   “Define success!”

A life coach offering both personal development and corporate well-being.

Up until a couple of years ago I never knew businesses like this existed, and to be honest,  my ignorance has only fuelled me further, as my original thought was what a load of  poppycock! How wrong am I. #alwayslearning

A life coach shines the light, guides you to where you want to go, helps clear your head and focus, with confidence and belief.  I know, I’ve experienced it. Liz caught my eye last year with “Walk&Talk4Success”,   a   “Coaching while walking” session and I totally loved it! Whether for personal growth,  a small business or large corporate company, we all require a little guidance and help occasionally, so if you want to move forward with definitive clarity and benefit with both physical & mental coaching, Liz is definitely the person you need to see. With new challenging avenues ahead, ideas and further expansion, I will be seeing Liz again soon, for a one on one session and really looking forward to it!
